Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell sauna stoves and sauna fittings — wood-fired sauna stoves (glass-door, water-tank, large and through-wall) and electric stone heaters, plus the chimney kits, water tanks, heat shields, ladles and infusions to go with them. The fuel, output, stone capacity and the electrical or flue requirement are stated on each listing for domestic use.

Clearances, flues and electrics

A sauna stove gets extremely hot. Keep the manufacturer's clearances to combustible walls and benches and use the specified heat shields; a stove too close to timber is a fire risk. A wood-fired stove's flue and chimney must be installed and swept by a qualified professional to the local building and fire regulations, and the room must draw and ventilate correctly. CE marked. Electric heaters run on a 230 V or 400 V supply and must be connected by a qualified electrician. Never cover the heater or exceed the maximum stone load.
