Averiessa Sauna Sand Timer

A classic 15-minute sand timer in a sturdy wooden frame, made to hang on the sauna wall and pace a session without reaching for a phone — flip it as you step in and relax until the sand runs out. The glass is heat-stable and the timber is the same sauna-grade wood as the benches, so it shrugs off the heat and humidity that would fog or warp an ordinary timer. A small, old-fashioned thing that makes the ritual feel complete.

• Runs: 15 minutes
• Frame: sauna timber
• Mount: hangs on the wall

A sauna accessory. Use it as intended and keep it clear of the hot stove and stones.
